RVLock V4.0 Keyless Handle

Camper Upgrade time! We had a RVLock keyless handle on our Apex and absolutely loved it. Being able to lock the camper and wander off to a pool or river without dealing with keys was fantastic. So, when the Grand Design came home they were one of the first things we ordered. The factory door handles on our Imagine are a plastic composite and honestly felt like they would break if you pulled the door closed to hard. Installation is simple remove the six screws from the old handles, remove the old handle, insert the new handle outside section and secure with the new latch plate and screws. Then connect the wire from the outside handle to the inside handle. When installing the inside handle it’s important to make sure that the deadbolt and latch are lined up correctly. After that install the 4 handle screws and you’re basically done. I did elect to change my strike plates but in all honesty they looked the same. Programming is easy and the handle prompts you through the process once you press the code reset button. Oh and did I mention the handles have a lifetime warranty and are metal.
